I built United Aviators as an aviation training academy site presenting courses, admissions and the instructors themselves, so a prospective trainee can judge the people before they enquire.

The engineering decision
Instructor profiles were the part I pushed for. For a training academy, the qualification of the person teaching is the product — and most competitor sites bury it or omit it entirely.
When the purchase is high-value and trust-led, showing your people is not vanity. It is the strongest evidence you have.
