I built this pharmacy web app in Next.js with product browsing, cart and order management, designed so the path from search to placed order is as short as the category allows.

What I built

  • Product browsing with search across a pharmacy catalogue
  • Cart and order management
  • Next.js and TypeScript for a fast, type-safe build
  • Ordering flow shortened for users under time pressure
  • Mobile-first layout

The engineering decision

Every unnecessary step in a pharmacy flow is a real cost to someone who did not want to be there in the first place. The usual e-commerce playbook — upsells, related products, account creation before checkout — actively works against the user here.

Knowing which conventions to discard is more valuable than knowing them all.
