I built Omnixtrack Arabic-first: a multi-tenant CRM for Arabic-speaking businesses, hosted inside Egypt. Not an English product with an Arabic file bolted on, but a system designed right-to-left from the schema up.

What I built

  • Multi-tenant architecture: isolated data per business on shared infrastructure
  • Lead pipelines and sales tracking built for Arabic naming and workflows
  • WhatsApp integration, because here the deal closes on WhatsApp not email
  • Task management and team analytics
  • Android CRM app, plus a second app that logs and syncs sales calls into the pipeline
  • Hosted inside Egypt — a requirement for many local clients

The engineering decision

Right-to-left is not a stylesheet flag. It is mirrored layouts, bidirectional text inside table cells where an Arabic company name sits next to a Latin product code, number and date formatting in reports, and PDF export that does not silently reverse itself.

You either carry that through the entire build or you retrofit it badly, forever. I have been called in to do the retrofit version. Building it in from the start costs a fraction as much.
