The engineering decision
For a single-practitioner clinic, the site replaces the receptionist for every enquiry arriving outside working hours — evenings, weekends, and the moment someone's tooth starts hurting at 11pm.
That is the entire return on the project, and it is easy to measure: count the bookings that arrive when the clinic is closed.
