BN Bâtiment — French Roofing Company
Professional roofing company in Lyon, Saint-Étienne and Valence offering installation, repair and 24/7 emergency service.
I built BN Bâtiment for a roofing company covering Lyon, Saint-Étienne and Valence, offering installation, repair and 24/7 emergency call-out.
What I built
- Service pages across installation, repair and emergency work
- Emergency contact route reachable in one tap from anywhere
- Coverage-area presentation across three cities
- Laravel with Inertia and React for a fast, app-like experience
- Mobile-first, because emergency searches happen on a phone
The engineering decision
The emergency route is never more than one tap from anywhere on the site. Somebody with water coming through their ceiling is not going to read a services page first, and any design that makes them look for the phone number has failed at its only urgent job.
For trades, the site has two entirely separate audiences: the planner comparing quotes, and the person in an emergency. Designing for only one of them is the common mistake.
